How to care for and clean your permanent, or clasp, jewelry.
We recommend cleaning your jewelry once monthly, or as needed. To clean simply put approx. 5 or so drops of the cleaning solution* in a tablespoon of warm water and mix with a soft bristle brush* and gently scrub your piece and pat dry. Follow up by polishing your piece with a jewelry polishing cloth*. Good as new!
*Cleaning solution, brush, and polishing cloth are all included in your "After Care Kit" (shown).
If you have misplaced your kit or have run out of your solution/items you can use regular jewelry cleaner or sub a drop or two of dawn dish soap as the cleaning solution with a tablespoon of warm water.

How to care for and clean your charm bar piece.
The chain and most charms are resistant to tarnishing and although water exposure is generally fine, to extend the life of your jewelry we recommend limiting exposure to water and chemically treated pools and spas when able. The best way to care for your charm piece is to keep dry and polish with a cloth regularly. Keep any unused charms or chain in its bag with anti-tarnish pad when not in use.
The charms most likely to tarnish are priced accordingly so you can swap one out at any time if needed without breaking the bank.
